We produce and renovate transmitters for HDD location: DigiTrak Mark, Eclipse, F2, F5; Ditch Witch Subsite 750/752. We also restore burnt and smashed, and even drowned transmitters. At repair, we may offer you variants to upgrade your transmitters: we may extend operation time or depth, increase power capacity or transform into another type of transmitter. We give 180-day warranty.
External symptoms of transmitters malfunctioning
There is no data of the transmitter positioning at roll
The transmitter is in the operating range but the display shows no data
Burning or overheating of the transmitter
The transmitter is damaged due to overheating at intensive drilling
Pitch is not defined
The transmitter is in the operating range but pitch value is absent or knowingly wrong
The transmitter is damaged due to contact oxidation
Contact oxidation due to moisture inside the transmitter disturbs its operation
The locator fails to display data from the transmitter
The transmitter is in the operating range but the display shows no data
The transmitter fails to „wake up”
When drilling is resumed after a pause, the transmitter fails to switch on
The transmitter is smashed in the boring head
The transmitter has been mechanically damaged in the boring head and due to this damage it is faulty
The transmitter is non-pressurized
The operating transmitter has cracks and chips that will inevitably lead to failure
